How I ship with AI

How Dinelax POS gets built: five steps from first spec to Play Store release.

  1. Step 1: Spec first

    PRD, architecture and task docs before any code.

Dinelax POS

A five-app restaurant platform, built solo with AI.

Five connected Flutter/Firebase apps — POS Dashboard, Waiter App, Kitchen Display, QR Ordering and Parcel App — plus a Windows desktop client. Live on Google Play and running in restaurants in India and the UAE, with AED currency, 5% VAT and TRN-compliant invoicing. I’m the sole engineer: spec, build, audit, test and ship.
